low stakes club is something i’ve wanted to create for a long time.
it comes from a deep belief that adults need more spaces where connection isn’t transactional and rest doesn’t have to be earned. spaces where you can check in with yourself, be honest about where you’re at, and connect with others without pressure to show up a certain way.
this is a project rooted in care — for nervous systems, for real conversation, and for the quiet ways we reconnect with ourselves when expectations fall away. i’m passionate about creating environments that feel safe, flexible, and human, because i believe those are the places where meaningful connection actually happens.
low stakes club is my way of holding space for that. not as an expert or a facilitator, but as someone who values presence, gentleness, and the importance of being able to just be — together.
